a confident and highly driven self-starter with a relentless pursuit of success is ideal for this role. Entrepreneurial and sales-focused individuals with a strong work ethic and determination to surpass sales goals in a performance-driven environment will be successful.

excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be connecting with people daily. A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience is required.

you will take charge of outbound prospecting, qualifying new leads and activating new business through methods such as 80+ daily cold calls and high-volume email targets. You will introduce our service and proprietary technology, blueship, and present supply chain solutions to prospective customers.

you will offer valuable insights to identify prospects' pain points and demonstrate how we can address their needs. Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, driving our growth with a focus on new business is essential.

maintaining relationships with current customers by providing ongoing support and resolving issues related to freight operations is crucial. You will contribute to pricing negotiations and finalizing service agreements.

a strong sense of self direction with the ability to remain organized and multitask to effectively nurture your sales pipeline is vital. You will be able to effectively cross-communicate within the business to collaborate on getting new business to the right department.
