Role: As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the Data Analyst will be responsible for helping the team drive insights and analysis as well as decision making velocity. 
This role will mainly focus on building comprehensive dashboards against key business areas as well as ad-hoc analysis associated to key operational initiatives.ResponsibilitiesLead data analysis efforts to support TikTok LIVE Operations, providing insights to drive business growth and performance.Identify key factors influencing product growth and operational efficiency; deliver actionable recommendations aligned with strategic goals.Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and R&D; teams to develop and implement data-driven optimization plans.Design and analyze strategic initiatives and incentive mechanisms; evaluate the impact of product enhancements, promotional activities, and metric anomalies.Build and maintain specialized analytical models tailored to support business decisions and long-term planning.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher.5 years of experience in business analysis for internet products.Proficient in data analysis tools and languages, including Excel, SQL, Hive, and Python.Experience in data analysis, visualization, and building reports or dashboards.Preferred QualificationsStrong logical thinking and ability to design data metrics; skilled at translating business needs into analytical solutions.Results-oriented with strong self-motivation, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority, time-sensitive projects independently.About TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
