 
        
        Call Center Services International se encuentra buscando talento para una posición de**:COORDINADOR/A DE SOPORTE TÉCNICO BILINGÜE** en Guadalajara, Jalisco. 
**Activities**: Provides support to its customers and helps resolve issues related to the area. Answer calls and follow up on pending cases, plan, organizes, and prioritizes work, and also guarantees that provide high quality service, thus ensuring customer satisfaction customer. Responsible for providing support and assistance to the client and members of your equipment and provide appropriate solutions for them. This includes investigating the root cause to avoid recurrences. Identify when you must escalate the problem to Management in case the solution is not available. 
**Skills and knowledge**: Personnel management, basic telecommunications networks, technical support for computer equipment, management of Windows and Mac operating systems. **Conversational and written English 85%** 
**Experience required**:2 years in a similar position 
**We offer**: - $4,700 pesos net weekly + law benefits, _vales de despensa y caja de ahorro._ 
**Shift**: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
