Job description
virtual assistant (va) is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The va will handle confidential and time-sensitive material and be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
key responsibilities
* administrative support
o manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans.
o prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
o conduct research and compile data for reports.
* customer support
o respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
o assist with customer relationship management (crm) tasks.
o address and resolve customer complaints.
* social media management
o create, schedule, and manage social media content.
o monitor and respond to social media interactions.
o analyze social media metrics and prepare reports.
qualifications
* must have knowledge in revit.
* proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role.
* experience with word‑processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., ms office).
* knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., google calendar).
* excellent time management skills.
* solid organizational skills.
