job description
oversee 6 outlets, including 3 thematic restaurants, an exclusive beach club, a golf club restaurant, and the banqueting and events area.
coordinate and lead the outlet managers to ensure compliance with quality standards and effectiveness of staff training.
develop and implement strategies to achieve growth objectives and service excellence.
continuously monitor and enhance service quality, paying close attention to customer feedback.
work closely with the culinary director to align f&b operations with the resort's culinary vision.
foster a continuous learning environment for staff, ensuring adherence to forbes standards.
