Ericsson is seeking an innovative and collaborative head of reward digital strategy and experience to design, develop, deploy, and operate our global digital strategy roadmap, tools, and systems within the reward technology landscape. This role will align digital strategy with the reward function, enabling technologies that enhance operational efficiency. Solutions will be delivered in partnership with digital hr, hrit, and gf global operations, focusing on experience and data integration to simplify workflows.
responsibilities:
* design the reward digital people strategy and roadmap in collaboration with reward leadership.
* create a multi-year reward digital strategy aligned with business needs.
* lead cross-functional digital reward projects with internal teams and partners.
* evaluate and manage reward technology solutions, including automation and ai, ensuring coherence with enterprise standards.
* prioritize reward technology demands and manage resources and capacity.
* plan and oversee the digital budget related to reward projects.
* implement data integration solutions to support reward insights.
* develop adoption strategies to maximize system utilization.
qualifications:
* strong technical and people operations background with domain experience in reward technologies.
* ability to lead change and communicate technical concepts effectively.
* proven success in hr technology strategy and management.
* excellent project management skills; proficiency in six sigma is a plus.
