* manage and support f5 big‑ip platforms (ltm, gtm/dns, asm, apm as applicable)
* perform l3 troubleshooting for application delivery, load balancing, and firewall‑related issues
* implement configuration changes, policy updates, and ssl certificate management
* analyze traffic flows and security events to ensure optimal performance and protection
* participate in incident response and root‑cause analysis for f5‑related issues
* support automation or scripting tasks for configuration consistency (e.g., python, icontrol rest)
* maintain documentation for configuration, standards, and operational procedures
* collaborate with network and security teams to support enterprise‑wide initiatives
requirements
* strong hands‑on experience with f5 big‑ip modules
* deep understanding of l4‑l7 traffic flows, tcp/ip, and application delivery
* ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently at an l3 level
* experience working in remote/nearshore support models
