*responsibilities*
- collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, workflows, and process maps
- evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend salesforce-based improvements
- document and map end-to-end business processes and workflows within salesforce
- assist in developing and executing test plans to validate system functionality and performance
- ensure data integrity and solution compliance with business requirements
- serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and expectation alignment
- conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users on salesforce functionalities
*requirements*:
- experience in salesforce consulting with 3+ years in business analysis
- proven expertise in salesforce sales cloud, service cloud, and community cloud
- strong knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce cpq and configuration
- ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows
- effective communication skills to liaise between technical and business teams
- experience in developing and executing test plans
- detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and solution compliance
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- english proficiency at b2+ level
