key responsibilities
* drive operational performance: lead day-to-day operations to consistently exceed production goals and quality standards (iso/iatf).
* spearhead continuous improvement: implement and champion a culture of lean manufacturing, cost optimisation and waste reduction.
* manage growth: successfully lead production transfers, operational ramp-ups and key capital expenditure projects.
* mentor and develop: oversee and mentor department leaders (production, maintenance, quality, logistics), fostering a high-performance, engaged workforce (100+ employees).
