- j.p. Morgan payments business transformation is a strategic and execution-focused group. Payments sits at the intersection of finance and technology in an industry undergoing a major transformation. _
- business transformation supports the business on a project basis, where projects are team-based and include regular interaction with j.p. Morgan payments executives. _

*_key responsibilities include: _*
- _lead project strategic execution projects, ensuring working organization is in full alignment with project goals and objective, providing guidance, motivation, and support to project team organization. _
- _take an active role on leading conversations, driving the strategic tasking and main requirements from key stakeholders and project participants. _
- _collaborate with senior stakeholders and business leads to ensure the successful delivery of projects in full alignment with the bank's priorities and strategic objectives._
- _collect - analyze and report project data, including status updates, milestones completion and key performance indicators (kpi´s) from initiatives and projects. _
- _prepare project status reports, executive summary’s, scorecards, and dashboards for senior management, highlighting risks, watch items, timelines and other metrics as stablished for project. _
- _coordinate project meetings, workshops, and other related activities, including the preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, and action items._
- _communicate effectively across the organization through frequent verbal and written updates, taking an active part of the conversations, war rooms to trigger actions towards project main objectives accomplishment._
- _manage risks and issues for prompt resolution when and where applicable. Leverage from counterparties, management team, and available resources for creative and effective resolution alternatives as mitigations and prevention strategies. _
- _conduct and ensure escalations are in place when required and in consistency with resolution seeking. _
- _act as an agent of change - early adopter and promoter of such in the organization, driven either by market trends, client necessities or strategic decisions made, after being part of a living and always evolving organization. _

*_specific capabilities required for the position include:_*
- _interpersonal and influencing and negotiation skills, including the ability to work with colleagues at all levels in the organization. _
- _results driven, strong analytical and end to end problem solving skills. Ability to make informed decisions quickly. _
- _structure and build data driven quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses. _
- _comfortable navigating in complex organization and projects working environment in hand by hand with cross lob stakeholders and a diverse group of interest. _
- _ability to convey and articulate concise communication, with experience speaking to senior executives and end to end organization. _
- _proactive mind set in the prevention - drive of challenging scenarios, suggest concrete actions to achieve progress and provide support towards roadblock removal. _
- _ability to adapt to changing project requirements and surroundings environment, with the flexibility to handle unexpected challenges and fast-moving targets._

*_ qualifications_*_:_
- _+ 7 years internal / external management consulting, working with a diverse nature of business-related initiatives and projects with a high orientation to strategic business transformation._
- _payments experience preferred; wholesale banking and b2b payments background is a plus._
- _outstanding ability to communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written)_
- _problem solving skills; able to break down and structure problems. _
- _project and process management skills. _
- _pmi - pmp certification and or scrum master certification is a plus._
- _open to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers _
- _excellent command of ms excel and powerpoint; familiar with analytical and data visualization tools (e.g., tableau, r, sas, etc.) _
- _monday, jira and other agile tools for project scrum framework is a plus._
- _proficient in english, portuguese is a plus._
