How you will make an impact in this role
as a product delivery manager, you will be the bridge between our engineering andproduct teams and our external partners — telecom operators and financial institutions.your mission is to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality platform deployments andintegrations that power our credit scoring and data solutions.
you will lead the end-to-end delivery of trusting social's platform, from pre-sales support, technical integration, and testing to go-live and post-deployment operations. The role
requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and technical delivery capabilities,along with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
responsibilities
* lead platform deployments and integrations across telco and financial institutionpartners in mexico.
* engage with telecom operators from presales to go-live: covering functional testing, uat, historical data ingestion, and infrastructure deployment.
* collaborate with financial institutions (banks/nbfcs) to conduct back-tests, integrate apis, and deliver services through multiple digital channels.
* coordinate with internal engineering, devops, and product teams for feature development, system readiness, and compliance.
* oversee technical reviews, security assessments, architecture validation, and network design with telco partners.
* drive project plans, maintain detailed execution roadmaps, and ensure on-time delivery across all milestones.
* manage compliance certifications, penetration testing, and documentation needed for regulatory clearance and go-live.
* act as the central point of contact for all deployment stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
requirements
* 7–10 years of experience in technical product delivery, system integration, or itproject management.
* minimum 4–5 years leading end-to-end delivery for complex, multi-stakeholder deployments.
* proven experience in the telco, fintech, it, or financial services sectors.
* strong technical foundation, with experience deploying platform components: os,middleware, databases, and big data infrastructure.
* experience managing both cloud and on-premise deployments.
* skilled in coordinating multi-party projects: vendors, partners, internal teams.
* familiarity with security standards, compliance processes, and local regulatoryenvironments.
* high attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a solution-drivenmindset.
* willingness to travel extensively within mexico as needed.
* fluent in spanish and english (both written and spoken).
