*description*:
- proactively monitor ongoing orders and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- communicate with restaurants and delivery drivers to confirm order status and troubleshoot pickup/delivery issues.
- resolve logístical challenges by coordinating between restaurants, drivers, and customers.
- document and report common issues, working with the internal team to improve processes.
- ensure efficient order processing by following up on delays and finding solutions to speed up delivery.
- assist spanish-speaking customers and drivers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
*hard requirements*:
- fluent in english and spanish (both written and spoken).
- previous experience in customer support, driver support, or food delivery coordination (e.g., uber eats, doordash, grab, or similar platforms).
- ability to think proactively, identifying potential order delays and resolving issues before customers reach out.
- excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- comfortable making outbound calls to restaurants and delivery drivers when necessary.
- ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- familiarity with crm tools, dispatch systems, or customer service platforms is a plus.
*schedule*:
- 40 hours per week
- should be open to work from monday to sunday between 8:00am-1:00am eastern standard time.
