This Fleet Co. only operate EV, targeting ~200 car this year. Now only hiring CEO, who will report directly to Board of the new company.


JD of CEO

As the CEO, you will be the driving force behind company's vision, strategy, and execution. You will have full responsibility to build a market-leading organization. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to shape the future of a major enterprise, establishing the team, culture, and operational blueprint for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's long-term vision, strategic plan, and annual operating plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.

• Fleet & Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle procurement, asset lifecycle management, maintenance programs, spare parts inventory, and logistics to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.

• Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team. Design the organizational structure and foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.

• Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and lead commercial efforts to build a strong client base.

• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison with the board of directors and investors, providing transparent reporting on the company’s performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Executive Leadership: Proven experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., GM, Director, VP, C-level) with significant P&L responsibility.

• Fleet Management Expertise: Deep and sound experience in the fleet management, automotive, logistics, or asset-heavy industries. You must have a strong command of asset lifecycle management (vehicles, spare parts, etc.).

• Company Building: Demonstrated success in building, leading, and scaling teams and organizations, ideally from an early stage. You know how to design an organization and hire the right talent to execute a vision.

• Language Proficiency: Full proficiency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications (A Plus)

• Workforce Management: Hands-on experience leading and motivating drivers & warehouse staff. This demonstrates an understanding of front-line operations.

• Financing Experience: A background in corporate finance, particularly asset-backed financing, leasing, etc.
