We are looking for a sales manager with strong experience in the financial sector and a solid background in selling telecommunications and it infrastructure solutions.
this role focuses on developing and expanding business within banks, insurance companies, and fintech organizations, driving sales of solutions such as:
* switches
* routers
* network infrastructure
* connectivity & ip solutions
* data center solutions
* storage
this is a hunter-oriented position with a strong emphasis on new account acquisition and strategic relationship development.
* develop and execute the commercial strategy within the financial sector (banking, insurance, fintech) in mexico.
* identify, develop, and close infrastructure opportunities (hardware and connectivity — not software sales).
* open new accounts and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.
* identify client pain points and propose tailored infrastructure solutions.
* collaborate with pre‐sales and engineering teams to build technical proposals.
* build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
* achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
* around 5 years of commercial experience in infrastructure sales
* proven experience selling to:
* banks
* insurance companies
* fintech
* strong experience selling:
* switches and routers
* networking and connectivity
* storage solutions
* experience working with telecom manufacturers or infrastructure integrators.
* strong track record in account opening and strategic relationship development.
* strong negotiation and closing skills
* technical‐commercial knowledge in infrastructure
* results‐driven mindset with quota achievement experience
* ability to engage with executive‐level stakeholders in the financial sector
* advanced english (required)
