* financial process expertise : share knowledge related to finance operating models and process structures.
* current process analysis : understand current ar processes and complexities to foster standardization.
* process improvement recommendations : propose recommendations based on leading practices to address operational needs for the ar process.
* collaboration and leadership : lead working sessions with diverse operational teams and coordinate capabilities.
* process redesign : participate in process redesign through prioritization to identify rational impacts.
* capability definition : define required capabilities with the it team for future process implementation.
* status updates and risk mitigation : communicate status updates with project leadership and propose mitigation plans for identified risks and issues.
* operational kpis and reporting : develop operational and strategic kpis and reports for the future process.
