own end-to-end sales strategy — from lead generation to deal closure — with aggressive revenue targets.
manage key accounts and large partnerships to maximize profitability and long-term retention.
drive data-led decision-making, balancing partner satisfaction with the company's financial objectives.
build and implement scalable frameworks for performance tracking, reporting, and business reviews.
collaborate cross-functionally (revenue, operations, legal, and central teams) to deliver business impact with minimal dependency.

requirements
key requirements
minimum 8 years of aggressive sales experience, including 3–4 years leading teams of 10+ members.
proven experience managing key accounts or enterprise partnerships in a target-driven environment.
strong proficiency in english and spanish (written and spoken).
exceptional numerical aptitude and commercial acumen — ability to interpret data and make quick, informed decisions.
experienced in excel, powerpoint, and analytical tools.
demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-pressure, startup-like environments; experience in hospitality, retail, or real estate is a plus.
strategic mindset with focus on profitability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
ability to operate independently and make sound decisions with limited central oversight.
empathetic leader who values team growth but prioritizes organizational goals and outcomes.

prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or retail sectors.
