The Job activities are the following:
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Work with internal departments to address customers' needs.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Answer questions about properties and terms
- Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm CST.
