Thetalent acquisitioncoordinator will be responsible for assisting the recruiter and hiring leader with tasks and activities such as leading scheduling & interviewing logistics and tracking candidate progress in applicable recruiting technologies. Apply today!Contract position, 6-12 months based on business needs.how will you make an impact in this role?Fully bilingual (spanish/english)ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters by acting as the logistics liaison.utilize available recruiting technologies to handle logistics and scheduling for first round interview, teleconferences, and in-person interviews for all participants.oversee the end-to-end req audit and interview scheduling process to ensure a seamless recruiting experience.ensure pre-offer recruitment coordination activities follow any established slas.assist with planning and logistics of recruiting event.send relevant interview guides to hiring leader.provide support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed.ensure data integrity throughout the pre-offer lifecycle.minimum qualifications2 years administrative experience; recruitment, executive administration or related environment is a plus.bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university is an asset though not required.proficient with microsoft office suite applications including word, excel, powerpoint and outlook.ability to collaborate with candidates, hiring leaders and teammates in an engaging and persuasive manner.preferred qualificationsexperience working in a fast-paced customer centric environment preferredexperience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as taleo preferredwe back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
