this role is responsible for designing and executing automated test strategies auditing test results and ensuring the performance reliability and scalability of our software products. A key focus of this position is the development and integration of ai-driven agents to enhance test automation and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in intelligent automation performance analysis and cross-functional collaboration within agile development teams.

* design and implement automated test cases
*develop and manage ai-driven agents to optimize test execution coverage and efficiency
*audit and maintain automated test results and scripts
*perform performance load and stress testing
*identify report and track software bugs
*collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely issue resolution
*ensure software meets defined quality and reliability standards
education and experience
*bachelors degree in computer science engineering automation or a related technical field
*minimum of 2 years of experience as a qa engineer with a focus on test automation
*proven experience in performance load and stress testing of web/mobile based applications
*demonstrated experience designing implementing or integrating ai agents for test
automation workflows
*hands-on experience with automation tools such as testim (preferred) katalon selenium cypress or similar
*familiarity with ci/cd pipelines and version control systems
*experience working in agile/scrum development environments
*strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
