- answer inbound calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
- develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
- achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team kpi's.
- active participation in team meetings.
*requirements*:
- high school completed (ged)
- excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.
- customer service
- excellent english (written and spoken level).
