The purpose of the principal service delivery manager is to ensure effective delivery of contractual deliverables, overall management of service functions, responsiveness to client requests design and execute go to green plans and continual improvement plans and be responsive to client requests. A principal service delivery manager is able to author statements of work, optimize financials and partner at a director, sr director, cio level with the client.
strong (10+ years) sap project experience• service delivery management• team leadership: this role requires coordination and leadership across multiple services and multiple regions.
• task prioritization: ensuring all work items in the scope of the services are assigned and progressing. Can manage across multiple services and multiple regions.
• reporting (slas/kpis): responsible for the development and delivery of all contractual measures. Responsible for the identification, development and delivery of associated kpis to help observe and improve services.
• responsible to design and execute a gtg (go to green) plan when services do not meet slas or contractual deliverables.
• continual improvement: responsible for the ongoing improvement of services over time. Better observability of the service (kpis/metrics), improved documentation and overall capability of the team. Personnel assessments: responsible for evaluating all personnel delivering a service in regards to recognition, training needs.
