our client on-boarding services teams develop innovative, award-winning solutions that give small and medium-sized businesses greater visibility and control over their spend. We are seeking a talented implementation specialist to join this successful team. Based in mexico city, this role is ideal for a self-motivated, results-driven individual who enjoys teamwork, managing partners, and building relationships. You will be crucial to the success of the mexican sales teams by ensuring smooth, end-to-end implementation, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
the successful candidate will handle the implementation of new corporate clients and foster valued relationships before transitioning accounts to the management teams.
this role involves managing the end-to-end implementation of new corporate accounts for mexico and the usa, including:
1. setting up all account aspects, such as:
2. • capturing application forms via phone with clients' key contacts and requesting correct documentation (aml / kyc)
3. • processing underwriting requests, company account setups, card member applications, @work, billing support files, payment methods, and other scope requirements.
4. providing dedicated customer service throughout implementation and enrollment.
5. monitoring billing and payments, liaising with clients to ensure accuracy.
6. collaborating with the business development manager for successful implementation and handover.
minimum qualifications
* basic knowledge of corporate card, bta products, or corporate gna processes is a plus.
* strong customer focus, with the ability to identify and meet individual needs.
* proven relationship-building skills with internal and external customers.
* excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills under pressure.
* basic understanding of financial statements and commercial acumen.
