The regional accounting director is responsible for the performance and optimization of the accounting & tax activities in his/her region in full compliance with international and local account-ing & tax standards as well as group internal policies, procedures and corporate governance rules.
*your mission*:
- ensure end-to-end controllership and management of transactional activities (ap, ar, reporting) in full compliance with group and local policies.
- secure compliance of the statutory books, tax and group internal reporting policy
- ensure group reporting in ifrs and required forecasts.
- enhance the regional hub and drive continuous improvement of accounting activities within and across the regions.
- coordinate with the other finance functions to provide the requested information and reports (fp&a, supply chain and service and equipment controlling)
- comply with the service level agreement
- be the main stakeholder of external and internal audit, tax governmental authorities.
- ensure tax, customs, duties & insurance compliance.
- coordinate with the support functions (it, hr, legal, process improvement) to optimize the organization.
- participate to erp enhancement and maintenance with it and develop of automation (rpa, etc.)
and modern practices.
- attract, develop, and retain high performing, skilled and motivated team.
- be a strong change driver of company/finance transformation and lead/participate to transformational projects (m&a, business transformation program, etc.)
*your profile*:
- master's degree in finance
- 10 years of finance management experience
- ifrs knowledge
- bofc/hfm knowledge would be a plus.
- english fluent
- sap knowledge
- digital oriented
- implementation experience in automation ap/ar would be a plus.
- hands on
