objetivo de la posición
controlar y gestionar todas las operaciones del taller de autobuses
actividades
conocimiento en motores diesel volvo
realizar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos
lectura de diagnósticos (manejo de tecthool)
conocimiento en control de costos y ventas técnicas activas.
control del taller.
control de incidencias con el personal (asistencias, retardos, etc)
negociación con clientes para atención de posventa.
conocimiento de refacciones diesel indispensable.
manejo y atención al cliente
responsable de sucursal.
asegurarse de la facturación y del pago del cliente.
revisar los trabajos de la semana de taller; revisar proyección para planeación de venta con clientes potenciales.
requsitos
* nivel académico: carrera técnica en diesel.
* experiencia: en gestión de taller mecánico o igual como mecánico a diesel.
* manejo de paquetería office 365 y herramientas manuales (llaves mixtas, españolas, pinzas, dados, matracas, torque).
