Executive assistant to the founder join a fast‑growing advisory firm as the founder’s right hand. You’ll manage priorities, systems, and communication across multiple companies — from mexico, fully remote. Executive & calendar leadership (core focus) own the founder’s calendar across multiple companies and time zones — ensuring precision, flow, and protected focus blocks. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and align around strategic milestones (board meetings, investor calls, project cycles). Apply judgment to filter what’s urgent, what’s strategic, and what can wait. Keep information flowing through concise summaries, proactive updates, and clear next steps. Communication & stakeholder coordination draft, edit, and adapt written communication to match executive tone when dealing with investors, boards, and senior leaders. Manage correspondence and follow‑ups with speed, professionalism, and context. Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and partners — ensuring the founder always has the right context before every interaction. Operational rhythm & systems track recurring cycles (board prep, investor updates, quarterly reviews) and prepare in advance. Maintain and refine documentation in notion, ai‑based planners, and crms. Support light project coordination, keeping deliverables aligned across entities. Assist with invoice tracking and other administrative logistics that support operational flow. Candidate & board support (light component) coordinate logistics for board and candidate workflows — ensuring resumes, profiles, and deliverables are tagged and scheduled properly.
