Key responsibilities:
* develop and execute recruitment strategies for call center and wfh positions in colombia and mexico.
* source, interview, and assess bilingual (spanish-english) candidates for customer service, sales, and back-office roles.
* maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
* coordinate interviews, manage offer negotiations, and facilitate onboarding with local hr partners.
* present qualified candidates confidently to u.s. clients in a professional manner.
* monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).
* stay updated on regional labor market trends and competitive pay benchmarks.
deliverables:
* recruitment of qualified bilingual (spanish-english) call center agents per client requirements.
* weekly recruitment progress reports with pipeline metrics and candidate status.
* established candidate database for future hiring needs in colombia and mexico.
* smooth onboarding process for at least the first 10 successful hires within the initial 20 days.
