*qualifications*:
- 6-10 years relevant experience
- consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- management and prioritization skills
- ability to develop working relationships

- ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
- self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
- methodical, attention to detail
*education*:
- bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience, potentially masters degree

- collaborate with all product lines in order to design the target state architecture for mexico
- generate technical diagrams and flow diagrams that will be required in the end state
- work with sector architects to ensure that the strategy toward target state is well defined and adhered to

- must have knowledge of payments, and core banking
- experience on tandem and unisys platforms
