*how you will contribute*you will:- align supply chain plans with the 4 la bu´s and focal point for a specific bu.- coordinate cross-bu projects of the category, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery.- support the construction of business cases that support the supply chain strategy.- identify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to regional and global leads when necessary- communicate program-level reporting and status updates- help in the capabilities building of the organization, coaching and mentoring local teams in terms of project management, i2m process and tools and capex approval process and policies.- coordinate activities with the bus and la teams to built the la masterplan involving major investment in capacity, innovation and productivity projects of the long term la msc strategy.- engage multifunctional bus teams for bmr agenda, ideas and opportunities generation and event preparation.- work with local teams to identify and execute opportunities of harmonization, portfolio simplification and major synergies between bus.
