Responsibilities
* work with various scheduling teams to ensure production commitments align with customer requests.
* work with logistics teams to facilitate expedited shipments.
* serve as a point person for customer and sales escalations from initiation to resolution.
* follow up with planning on the status of inbound supply.
* review allocation scenarios and present to leadership for decision-making.
* collaborate with plm on potential replacement options.
* provide consistent communication to customer service and sales regarding delivery expectations and performance.
* assist in quarter‑end activities, maintaining continuous contact with departments to maximize revenue potential, including reporting, ensuring new order bookings, preventing shipment holds, addressing outstanding invoicing, and reporting revenue risk.
* support plm through product transitions, preparing for and communicating impact on new and existing backlog.
* support demand and supply planning with inventory management and reduction.
* manage and align interorganizational transfer orders and shipments.
* work closely with teams to resolve holds affecting order completion.
* perform other distribution and supply alignment activities as required.
qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* at least 3 years in a similar position.
* fluent in both english and another language (bilingual).
* proficiency in outlook and advanced excel.
* experience with sap is preferred.
