experiência y requisitos
- english proficiency, visa, availability to travel, negotiation skills, kpi management, experience in the area. Supplier management, erp experience and proactive.research, select and purchase quality products and materials
- build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing
- process requisitions and update management on status of orders
- coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required
- assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management
- ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies
- maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
