responsibilities :
responsibility for insuring profitability, growth and customer satisfaction
manage program success:
* drive multiple program teams to consistently achieve and exceed financial objectives
* accountable for customer satisfaction, program timing, program budgets, quality at launch and duration of program
* consistent application of opmobility program management tools; (i.e. Apqp, inpro.)
* continuous improvement on current programs
manage commercial success:
* achieve and exceed material margin, ebit and roce objectives
* accountable for customer satisfaction
* negotiation with purchasing
* purchase order management for piece price and tooling
* manage cost reduction expectations of customer
* manage customer center service expectations
* manage customer rating "balanced scorecard"
profile :
* bachelor degree in business or engineering required. Master's degree a plus
* minimum of 15 years automotive experience
* 3-4 years managerial/program management experience
* fuel systems supplier experience desired
