Qualifications:- shipboard employment type- ability to speak english clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
- 3-5 yrs background experience as hotel director/hotel general manager in a 4 or 5 * hotel.
- guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.essential duties and responsibilities:- effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.
- achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow through and the team's ability to resolve issues.
- ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.
- responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue).
