*your responsibilities*:
- delivers and deploys health training, audit and group-wide performance improvement programs to the divisions and local business units.
- provides analysis of hse data within area of responsibility.
reports on progress on implementation of health objectives and key performance indicators (kpi) as required.
monitors the correct follow up of control measures and rules.
- contributes to assessing emerging trends and legislation in health topics and communicates relevant information on legal requirements within area of expertise and geography.
supports constituent countries to operate in compliance with standards and respective legal obligations.
maintains continuous communication with governmental and regulatory agencies.
- delivers audit (as per group audit program) and supports follow up of improvement actions in the local business units.
participates in the evaluation of risk analysis for equipment and operations.
- cooperates across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance, engages with internal and external stakeholders to build commitment and credibility for the coe.
maintains a communication process to promotes the active participation with the community.
- contributes to driving behavioral change and continuous improvement though delivery of training and competence initiatives and expert support to the local business units in line with yearly hse plan agreed with the business units.
supports the sharing of best practices.
coordinates reporting on hse performance and support delivery of group audit program.
designs and promotes activities of employee engagement to improve health performance.
- contributes to and/or plans and executes health, safety and environment performance and corporate responsibility related projects.
develops and reports on project objectives.
manages project resources such as manpower, financials, and other relevant factors.
- provides training to local teams enabling them to understand and identify risks and other relevant hse information.
proposes a dynamic of continuous improvement supporting the different departments and providing advice on issues related to hse.
may lead a small team.
*your background*:
- graduated in medicine (professional license - mandatory).
- 2 years of experience in occupational health.
- experience in manufacturing companies.
- intermediate level of english.
- knowledge management of staff health, welfare and operational business plan to enable the provision of a safer, healthier environment for staff and visitors.
