what are we looking for?
* a university degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
* excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with team members and other departments.
* proficiency in inventory management systems and supply chain management software.
