* a university degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a 2‑year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with team members and other departments.
