your opportunity
the pjp is a senior level role within the affiliate, with decision-making authority to request resources of roche (both within the affiliate and broader network) to improve impact on the patient journey.
this position is located in león, guanajuato. Candidates are required to live in that location.
the responsibilities for this role include:
* the pjp focuses on bringing the outside in, working with partners to uncover potential opportunities to transform outcomes for patients faster. They also bring the inside out, to bring roche expertise, science, and knowledge to the ecosystem.
* acts as a trusted partner and is the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and roche; the pjp shares the patient and stakeholder community needs internally, prioritizes and secures resources, and drives solutions that deliver outcomes faster.
* partners with patient journey stakeholders to remove roadblocks and unlock possibilities to deliver value for patients and the community.
* stewards roche’s products through their lifecycle and supports their appropriate use, including sharing their merits with hcps in a truthful and balanced manner.
* oversees the patient journey in its entirety, acting as a system thinker to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverage this to co-create solutions.
* the role is empowered to pull in expertise and resources locally and from the network as needed, including collaboration with other pjps.
* ensures great experiences whenever stakeholders engage with roche employees, products, and services.
who you are
the pjp demonstrates personal purpose around improving the patient journey, with a strong passion to create value and impact. They are visionary, defining and embedding strategies for improved patient journeys, with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent partnering skills (coaching, consulting, deep listening, questioning).
ability to understand and leverage digital tools is desired.
* university degree (scientific, economic, or business) is required. An advanced degree in life sciences and/or mba is a plus.
* experience in commercialization, medical, and customer experience excellence.
* experience in formulating cross-functional strategies and leading cross-functional teams is highly desired.
* deep understanding of patient journeys and treatments in specific disease areas, enabling engagement at the specialist level.
* experience with hemato is a plus.
* proficiency in spanish and intermediate to advanced english are required.
