about the role
you'll serve as the primary relationship owner for ~25–30 clients, ensuring seamless communication, accurate delivery, and proactive account health. Success means clear coordination across internal teams and visible client satisfaction that leads to retention and renewals.
what you'll do
* act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, responding to emails and requests within 24 hours
* lead regular client meetings and share campaign insights
* translate goals into clear tasks for internal specialists
* review and proof deliverables before sending to clients
* track client budgets and report performance monthly and identify risks and opportunities for account growth
* keep asana and reporting tools up to date and visible
what we're looking for
* 3–5 years of agency account management experience
* familiarity with google ads, meta ads manager, seo, and websites
* strong written and verbal english communication skills
* proven ability to manage 20+ concurrent clients or projects
* detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and follow-through
* confidence presenting to decision-makers and guiding next steps
* collaborative energy with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally

* experience in multifamily or property marketing
* hands-on use of wordpress or sprout social
* comfort with analytics dashboards (e.g., agency analytics)
* prior u.s. agency experience
