We’re growing and looking for a committed, organized, and people-oriented professional to join our team as a talent advisor.
This role is key to our operations — supporting employees and clients while ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional experience. You’ll also be part of a consulting environment, which means a fast learning curve, exposure to multiple areas, and participation in strategic projects.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in hr roles (personnel administration, generalist, employee support)
advanced english (required)
basic knowledge of payroll and mexican labor law (preferred)
basic to intermediate excel skills
self-driven, proactive, analytical thinker with attention to detail
responsibilities:
personnel administration and incident tracking
pre-payroll validation
employee support and follow-up
answering hr-related questions and process support
reporting, documentation, and client communication
posting job openings and recruitment support (only when required)
