the customer service representative maintains and increases customer loyalty by supporting customers from ordering through to delivery. Works with customers to overcome barriers to provide best-in-class customer support.
about the role:
* performs order handling process, including receipt of order, adjustments and cancellations.
* builds strong customer relationships through proactively informing customers on order status.
* point person for internal inquiries - order management and sap activities.
* conducts on-board training and assessment, refresher course on standard order management procedures.

about you:
* 2-3 years of customer service in a manufacturing industry
* team player great personality, excellent phone / communication skills both written and oral.
* results oriented, good problem solving skills
* good organizational and proactive skills
* a “self-starter”- thinker, doer a person that initiates work.
* must be proficient in word and excel
* fluent and advanced english skills both written and spoken.
* able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
