🛠️ job responsibilities
* complete operational activities by developing schedules, assigning and supervising work, managing resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational issues, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
* act as a liaison between the management team and team leaders, creating strong communication channels that support effective top‑down and bottom‑up information flow.
* manage daily operations end‑to‑end, from inbound to outbound, ensuring kpi compliance and motivating the team to achieve established goals.
* monitor and evaluate the productivity of each department on a daily and monthly basis, engaging with team leaders to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
🎯 what we’re looking for
* warehouse supervisory experience: 1–3 years
* desirable background in engineering or continuous improvement, and strong analytical skills.
* intermediate english preferred.
* experience with wms and excel; power bi is a plus.
