this position is responsible for financial planning processes, such as budgeting, and financial analysis, and supports executives and directors by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
*qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering
- mba, maf or any business related master's degree (desired).
- minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
- 5-year employment in a field relevant to the duties of the position, such as accounting, finance, cost and engineering.
- 3-year experience in contact centers business or retail and services industries (desired).
- demonstrated understanding of key accounting concepts, budget administration & forecasting, internal controls and financial statement closes.
- proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting.
- a high level of proficiency is required in using a pc and microsoft office software - in particular excel and powerpoint.
- lean six sigma yellow belt certified is a plus
- ease of relating to the different areas of the organization, generating partnership and advice with internal clients (communication skills).
