*position purpose*
elaborate and files the beps informative returns for local and master based on tp reports prepared by external advisors. Filter the review of the deferred tax of the companies. Files the relevant notices (ruling, change of shareholders, rfn, controlling beneficiary, reportable schemes). Control and update of the tax attributes (cuca, cufin, nols and favorable balances) support on the defense file of payments abroad. Support on the special projects.tax compliance of the holding entities, caz and service zone including the reconciliation of tax accounts. Prepare and file the notices to file to secretaria de economía.
*primary accountabilities*
- tax compliance of the holding companies, caz and service zone (monthly payments, annual tax returns, informative returns). Reconciliation of tax accounts.
- files the relevant notices (ruling, change of shareholders, rfn, controlling beneficiary, reportable schemes).
- prepare the beps informative returns of all the companies of the group.
- prepare and file the quarterly and annual notices to file to secretaria de economía.
- review of the deferred tax of the companies. Prepare the notes to the financial statements of all the entities. Support on special projects (cpa or other process automatization).
*education & experience*
level of formal education: a bachelor's degree (ba, bs) or equivalent.
Area of study: accounting taxes
years of experience: three to five years.
Type of experience: annual and monthly federal tax calculations. Deferred taxes calculation. Tax depreciation calculation. Defense files of payments abroad. Informative returns and other filings to different authorities.
Special certifications or technical skills: knowledge of income tax,vat and other federal taxes; analysis of deferred taxes.
Other / preferred: advanced computer skills and high english communication.
