your position
this position will report directly to the production manager. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required, estimated at approximately 5% of the time.
responsibilities
responsible for overseeing production programs and procedures, developing and implementing continuous improvement in the production process on a day-to-day basis, and monitoring the organization's internal audits of product, quality, autonomous maintenance, and health and safety to protect employees and ensure all facilities comply with regulations.
qualifications
* mechanical – industrial – mechatronic engineer
* knowledge, skills, and general understanding of manufacturing processes, mold process, and casting process
* basic english required
* familiarity with industrial processes and warehouses
* knowledge in sap
* strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem‑solving skills
* ability to learn quickly, understand business systems, and adapt to urgent requirements
* risk analysis knowledge by operation
* ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
* detail-oriented and highly initiative to solve problems efficiently
education and professional background
* mechanical – industrial – mechatronic engineer
* at least 2 years’ experience as supervisor in press process - molding
* education/ training in health, safety, and environmental
* maximum age 30 years
