*responsibilities*:- leading and managing the call center team, ensuring quality customer service is maintained- developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the call center's efficiency, quality of work, and customer satisfaction- working closely with the operations and sales teams to address customer needs and issues- handling escalated calls and ensuring resolutions are provided- analyzing call center performance metrics and implementing action plans to improve performance- maintaining a positive and professional work environment for all call center employees*requirements*:- a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a call center- excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in english- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly- strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions- a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and decision-makingif you meet the above requirements and have a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you!Pay: $14,000.00 - $24,000.00 per monthwork location: remote
