ruckus networks, a commscope business, is looking to add an inside sales account manager to support the ruckus product portfolio in mexico city and the caribbean.
how you'll help us connect the world
you will work closely with the ruckus field sales teams and management to identify targets that will grow our business and promote our solutions. The scope includes new business with end-users through our ecosystem of partners: channel distributors, installation business partners, consultants, engineers, general contractors, and integrators.
you will make an impact by
* supporting our field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and leading the process to completion in many cases.
* qualifying new business leads through publications and forwarding them to the appropriate teams.
* utilizing internal resources for product expediting, pricing, and technical support to meet customer expectations.
* managing opportunities and account planning using crm tools.
* implementing the commscope sales methodology effectively.
* following up on inbound leads generated by external tools.
* conducting outbound campaigns and cold calling prospective clients.
* overcoming customer objections.
* researching and developing new sales opportunities.
* creating and delivering qualified sales opportunities.
* maintaining and expanding our database via d365 and sfdc.
* ensuring timely follow-up with calls to action and complete profiles.
* handling inbound calls and converting them into sales leads.
* identifying new markets and opportunities creatively to position commscope as the preferred solution provider.
required qualifications
* bachelor’s degree completed.
* proficiency in english and spanish (fluent conversational level is required).
* at least 6 months of b2b sales experience in a similar area.
preferred qualifications
* experience with crm tools like salesforce.
* sales experience in related industries.
* strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* innovative thinking and team collaboration skills.
* willingness to travel occasionally for face-to-face meetings.
* experience with data-driven coaching or similar pursuits.
* self-motivated and driven to succeed.
