What you’ll do:
* design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
* measure and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost per hire, quality of hire) and propose continuous improvements.
* actively source and engage with potential candidates through job boards, linkedin, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
* sell the broker opportunity by educating candidates on the benefits, earnings potential, and long-term growth within the industry.
* manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
* build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
* track recruitment performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
* stay informed on industry trends in recruitment, real estate, and sales hiring to enhance the recruitment process.
* in the medium term, coordinate and train recruiting assistants or interns.
what we’re looking for:
* bachelor's degree in psychology, administration, business, human resources, or similar.
* experience with ats (applicant tracking systems) and talent database management.
* proven experience in sales-heavy recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development.
* strong sales and persuasion skills—you know how to identify, attract, and convince top talent to seize an opportunity.
* excellent english written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
* highly organized, results-driven, and proactive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
* ability to design talent acquisition strategies, as well as experience negotiating with high-level profiles.
