this is a key role within our organization that focuses on the strategic planning and execution of talent acquisition activities to support business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing hiring processes, and building relationships with potential candidates.
key responsibilities:
 * conducting wage surveys and administering benefits and compensation packages
 * managing large-scale recruitments, including union and nonunion staff
 * organizing job fairs and developing human resources indicators (kpis)
 * overseeing personnel management, salary proposal development, and onboarding of new employees
 * administering competency-based interviews
required skills and qualifications:
 * 3 years of experience in a similar position
 * degree in a professional career (preferably lae/laf or related)
 * bilingual proficiency
 * familiarity with the tress system
