*replenishment support* will be responsible to place purchase orders for some projects, expediting
and confirming purchase orders, adjusting inbound dates in the system (within set parameters) and
escalate any issues to the replenishment team daily.
they will work with suppliers and replenishment to
ensure that orders are confirmed and received in a timely manner.
essentials function/job duties:
- place purchase orders for direct shipments make and ship orders, and some projects.
- expedite orders using on-hand reports from the analytics team to prevent stock-outs
- confirm newly placed purchase orders
- work with replenishment team and local customer service/operations and general managers to meet and exceed customer expectations
- dedicated to regional groups of replenishes and corresponding suppliers to develop relationships
- escalate issues to replenishes to assist as needed
- monitor component inventory levels (weekly)

*requirements*:
- bachelor's degree
- advanced level of english (c1) and spanish (position reporting to corporate and all suppliers are international)
- detailed oriented
- proficiency in excel, materials systems
- ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated
- excellent organizational skills
