the business development professional will be responsible for leading and directing customer relationships in mexico.
key responsibilities:
* ensure that global payments support groups respond and react accordingly to client impacts.
* support clients by acting as their voice and identifying product support and development needs.
* lead and ensure retention and maintenance of long-term relationships with clients based on strategic business direction.
* represent clients in the client business review from a strategic direction based on experience and trends.
* be responsible and accountable for accurate and timely forecasting of all revenue and lines.
* lead, manage, and be accountable for renewal of client contracts and addenda to agreed retention, deal parameters, and financial and commercial points.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
* mandatory experience with card processing solutions or at issuing banks.
* experience as a customer success manager, account manager, or in customer service roles.
* strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and work cross-functionally.
* advanced english level is preferred.
