Provide exceptional customer support for our e-commerce client Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, maintaining politeness, professionalism, and empathy at all times, collaborate with the producttion team to understand delivery timeless and communicate accurate expectations to customers, take videos of the production process when necessary to aid in communications and issue resolution, build and implement a strategic customer service plan that can scale as the business grows, use tools such as a Sclack, Google Sheeths, and other relevant software to manage support workflows and customer information.
Experiencia y requisitos
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service experience
- Fully bilingual
- Experience in CRM/Office
