We are looking for you to join our team!

*This is NOT A CALL CENTER*

The Order Management /customer service, will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Inspect received data for errors. Type rapidly and accurately both numerical and text data and enter data into an information system.

Duties include:

- Manage Large amounts of incoming calls
- Input sales information
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow Communications procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Guarantee ethical practices among the work team, fostering respect, tolerance, inclusion, and communication, and following up on any offense against these values that has been observed, reported to, or escalated to the position in regards to the Psychosocial Risks Prevention Policy, the Protocol to Attend Work Violence Reports and any other applicable regulation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree or about to grant the grade
- 1-year minimum of experience
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge in e-mail etiquette, computer skills, and typing capability of at least 34-40 WPM.

Location: Santa Fe/Rosarito

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
